Most Maaco and Earl Scheib complaints I’ve seen resulted from no prep or horrible prep by the owners. If you don’t want it masked off, remove it. - Some of them do have guys who can spray a nice job… but as we all know the prep and good masking etc plus better materials ( Nason sucks IMHO) makes the job that will last. My beef is that I don’t think they put on enough paint and I have seen alot of “fly aways” around trim etc from improper sanding/prep and unless garaged the shine/overall paint does not seem to hold up for as many years as what I get using quality paints like PPG - Source: Internet
